Pictured above are two masked figures, each of which is a photograph of an internationally famous young woman. You’ve seen their faces and names many times in your newspaper. But probobly you have never paid any attention to their legs. That’s where most of you Contest Fans are unlucky. So the Lucky Legs Contest Editor has decided to help you, and directly under the picture he has printed a number of hints, which you should be lucky enough to use.
Tomorrow another pair of figures will be published, and another pair daily until all six sets have appeared.

This contest was inspired by an incident of the play, tickets to which form the prizes for lucky fans.
In the film, Patricia Ellis enters the beauty contest and wins it, much to the disgust of her fiance, a part played by Lyle Talbot.
Of course Perry Mason sets everything right when he discovers who killed the beauty contest promoter, of whose murder Talbot -was accused. It’s very funny as well as exciting, and there is as much comedy as there is excitement in the film.
