Thanks for helping us continually improve the quality of the Lantern search engine for all of our users! We have millions of scanned pages, so user reports are incredibly helpful for us to identify places where we can improve and update the metadata.

Please describe the issue below, and click "Submit" to send your comments to our team! If you'd prefer, you can also send us an email to mhdl@commarts.wisc.edu with your comments.

We use Optical Character Recognition (OCR) during our scanning and processing workflow to make the content of each page searchable. You can view the automatically generated text below as well as copy and paste individual pieces of text to quote in your own work.

Text recognition is never 100% accurate. Many parts of the scanned page may not be reflected in the OCR text output, including: images, page layout, certain fonts or handwriting.

Page 8 PROJECTION ENGINEERING Low Cost Mailable Recordings can now be made from radio programs, auditions, lectures, convention sales talks, criminal confessions, witness statements, hospital patient communications, traveling salesmen's correspondence, home entertainment, etc. The first simple-to-operate, recording, reproducing electric phonograph known as the SAMSON PAM-O -GRAPH is now available to make aluminum records in sizes from 6" to 12" practically equal to those produced in professional studios. It will play back voice records made by itself so any person can immediately recognize the voice of the person who made the record and will also play any standard make of (78 r.p.m.) record. To operate simply plug cord into ordinary lamp or wall socket connected to the usual 110-volt, 60-cycle, a.c. circuit. A neon light bulb, acting as a visual monitor, will then glow to show you how to speak at correct volume for best recording. The PAM-O-GRAPH comes complete with tubes, microphone, microphone stand, 15 feet of microphone cable, recording needle, and special playback needles. Send for attractive circular PE No. 15, giving full details. jamso/ti Main Office: r-?cKs$£r& Factories: Canton Canton, Mass. ^P^A^^o and Watertown, Mass.
