While doing military service in The Coast Guard, he entered the production field as a film editor. Later, he was the founder of Cineffects Productions for Nat Sobol. In 1955 Interwas formed in Montreal, TV Films Ltd. P. Q. MOYSE, KERN, president of Peerless Film Processing Corporation. Graduated from Harvard, and from St. Lawrence Law School. In 1934 Kei'n became vicepresident of Peerless, and in 1946. president. He is a director of the Association of Cinema Laboratories, and of the National TV Film Council, as well as a member of the Motion Picture and TV Engineers Society, and of the Radio and Television Executives Society. 1063
