Write for interesting loia-'wcve folder imazing results now obtained by experimenters with low-wave reception provide real thrills for the radio fan. The new Hammarlund Plug-In Coils insure the utmost efficiency in low-wave work. Secondary and tickler are space-wound on a film of high-test dielectric material. Losses are low. Results are exceptional. A set of three coils with plugin base ( base includes variable primary coil with flexible phosphor-bronze connections) covers the 20, 40 and 80 meter bands, with a range from 15 to 107 meters. Special coils available for higher waves. Hammarlund LowWave Inductors for R.F. stages, using either standard or screen-grid valves, are now also provided with plug-in base for convenient change to any wave-length from 15 to 107 meters. They are constructed like the coils described above, without tickler or variable primary. The remarkable efficiency of the new screen-grid valves is further increased when used with Hammarlund No. 222 Coils, specially designed for screengrid circuits covering the broadcast range. A feature of both the antenna coupler and R. F. transformer is the four-tap primary, which allows the greatest amount of coupling consistent with selectivity required. Only two inches in diameter, they may be mounted vertically within shields or other small space. The antenna coupler may be used also for other standard circuits, where great latitude of primary coupling is desired. If your dealer can't suppiy you, write direct to us. Ask for special folders.
