Survives Crash Dr. Luis de la Rosa, president of the Mexican Association of Broadcasters, was reported among the passengers who survived the crash of the Mexico City bound American Airlines plane at Dallas, Texas, yesterday. Dr. de la Rora was taken to the Parkland Hospital along with 15 other injured passengers. Thirty others were killed in the airline disaster. Global TV Network Forecast By Jolliffe The possibility of a world-wide television network was presented yesterday to 198 graduates of RCA Institutes by Dr. C. B. Jolliffe, executive vice-president in charge of RCA laboratories.
