Release Friday, November 5; Program for November 6 RADIO PROGRAMS AND NEWS RADIO BRIEFS Alarm Clock Gift of PWX HAVANA, Cuba, November 5. — Are you an especially good friend of PWX? If so you have probably received of late a very peculiar gift. Unwrapping the package you would take forth what portended to be a cardboard alarm clock but quite heavier than the usual sleep disturber. Then you would realize that the clock represented the tick of the clock which is a symbol of PWX on the air. Next you would note that the pseudo clock was a box and upon opening it you would look upon candy— not in the sense of the word Americans, especially Northerners, are accustomed to think of candy, but in the Cuban definition. The candy is made of tropical fruits and Cuban cane sugar. Radio Programs for Saturday, November 6 (Copyright 1926 by Radio Digest) Tune in tonight for: Arrowhead Inn dance orchestra — WIP.
