GEORGE HAIGHT Story Of Vernon and Irene Castle (RKO) CACH year it becomes increasingly important ^ that you know quickly and accurately the pictures made by the various producers or associate producers as they are called in some studios. The reason why this is important is simple. When a group of pictures are offered you are told they will be made by certain producers. When this happens, take the producers, one at a time, and find what money-making pictures they produced during the past year. In this way you will know whether they are real money-producers or just "also-rans." The box office always tells the true story. The hell with "art." Exhibitors want pictures that will make money for them. On this page you will find listed every producer responsible for the money making pictures released last season.
