Plot: An American correspondent in Vienna, while attempting to get a story on the forthcoming marriage of the Baron to an American girl, discovers that the Baron is an advance agent for all of Hitler's invasions. The correspondent and the girl are thrown together in a mutual attempt to get out of each bombblasted country they go through. They end up headed for the U. S. and on the way make sure that the Baron doesn't get here. Producer-Director, Leo Mc Carey.
H9USE OF MYSTERY (Univ.) Drama. Principals: Irene Hervey, Don Porter, Nils Asther, Leif Erikson, Ralph Morgan, Fay Helm. Plot: A woman psychiatrist is summoned by the sister of a hopeless cripple to help her, for she believes she is going insane. When the psychiatrist arrives she finds herself in the midst of a crazy collection of people, among whom are the doctors who attended the crippled man. Too late to save the sister, the psychiatrist, with the help of a writer, manages to solve the mystery. Director, Ford Beebe.
