Under a deal with Charles P. Skouras all Fox West Coast Theaters will play Laurence Olivier's "Hamlet," Nate J. Blumberg, president of U-l, announced yesterday. Arrangement is one of the first in U-I's drive for mass distribution of the film. Skouras referred to "Hamlet" as a proved box office attraction, and said its exhibition was an effective way to improve industry public relations, and would be a real community service.
