Has been re-christ ened by Crawford & Rich, The El Paso Theatre, and this playhouse will be opened with Little Johnny Jones on October 4. HE CRAWFORD (Crawford & Rich, mgrs.) This theatre will be opened by a good stock company on October 7, and will be used altogether for stock pur»oses. The company that will open it is the feadick Co. THE MAJESTIC (Frank Rich, mgr.) Was formally opened with a high-class vaudeville entertainment 24. This theatre will be run entirely as a first-class vaudevi'le show, with change of bill three times a week. People had to be turned away on the opening night as there was not enough room for the crowds that came to see this excellent show. Everything points to a successful season of high-class vaudeville at this theatre. THE AIRDOME (Frank Rich, mgr.) The Boston Ideal Opera Co. are still playing to crowded houses nightly. The week of the 20th oo presented the following operas: Chimes of Normandy, Pirate of Penzance and The Pretty VTersian. Mr. W F. Glover, the well-known musical director of the Boston Ideals, was presented the other even ing with a beautiful gold watch and chain by the members of the opera company for his effi cient services. Speeches were made and toasts drank to the future happiness of Mr. Glover. The Boston Ideals were taken down to Ysleta, Texas, twelve miles below here, by some of the society people a few days ago, and were given a Mexican dinner, which they enjoyed very much, This company is very popular with all of the society people, and they turn out in full force every night to listen to the excellent singing of this grand organization. ARENA. Everyone is looking forward with much pleasure to the appearance of Barnum & Bailey's Circus here on Oct. 3.
