Pittsburg, Pa., Sept. 27 (Special to The Bill tcard).—Harry Cater, in partnership wita Paui bowser and Pearl Livingstone, is framing a burlesque show for the one-night stands. The title will be The Jardin De Paris Girls with Pearl Livingstone, the champion lady wrestler, featured. Twenty-six people will be carried.
COLUMBIA CO. FORBIDS SPIELING.
New York, Sept (Special to The Billboard).—The Columbia Amusement Company has issued an order to all house managers forbidding all concession announcements and spieling, either in the lobbies or auditorium of their theaters. The new ruling will doubtless create much dissatisfaction among privilege holders all over the big wheel.

BROWN FORCED TO GIVE UP PART.
27 (Special to The Billboard). —Sammy Brown, well known in burlesque and for many seasons with Hurtig and Seamon, has bees compelled to relinquish his part with the Bowery Burlesquers, owing to a serious affliction of the heart. The trouble is described by the fysician as leakage of the heart. Brown has been sent to his home at New York, while his place in the cast of the Bowerys has been taken by George Snyder.

a prosperous season. There have been about six shows at my two houses, all of which have been far superior to any of the shows sent us by the Empire circuit in former seasons. Business is booming and all of the shows have been getting results as far as Boston is eoncerned.’’ Doctor Lethrop left here for Boston on Saturdar.

The Four {cNallys have closed with the show, as has Winifred Carter, who has been replaced by Beulah Kennedy, who will work in the ollo with the sister act known as Kennedy and Melrose. The McNallys have been replaced by Larkins and Burns, a two-men knockabout act.

The show came here from a big week at the Trocadero, . playing to nearly $1,000 for the Saturday's business. The Rector Girls is headed by Leo Stevens, who wrote both books and staged the show. Jimmy Morris is abead of the show.
MAN WITH LADYLIKE VOICE FOR CROOKS. George Dixon, who has been billed as The Eltinge of Vaudevil and who was a mild sensation at Churchill's a week or so ago, has been signed thru Joe Jermon for Jacobs and Jermon, for a term of five years. Dixon is to go with the Golden Crook Co. this season and joins the show at the Park, Bridgeport, this week.

Nat Brown, formerly identified with Brown, Collins and Madison, with the Girls From Reno, on the old Empire circuit, is bere rehearsing a show for the one-night stands. The old title of The Girls From Reno will be used with Nat Brown in the principal comedy role. Charles Relyea and La Belle Helene will be with the show, as will Dolly Sweet and May Stokes. Billy Farrell is arranging the music. Charlies Relyea will manage the show, with Ben Pflam in advance.
