Photoplay Magazine's Popular Players PEARL WHITE made her first screen hit as Pauline in Pathe's "Perils of Pauline," and followed that success with "Exploits of Elaine.' ' However, she had played for a number of years on the stage, after leaving her Missouri home to be Little Eva in "Uncle Tom's Cabin." Her birthday is March 4th, and she says her eyes are green to match her light red hair — she's Irish-Italian, five feet five.
