Jack}c Qoogan Jackie Coogan made his first appearance on the screen with Charlie Chaplin in "The Kid" at the age of four and a half, and met with instant success. He made his first starring picture, "Peck's Bad Boy," under the management of Sol Lesser. Jackie Coogan can well be acclaimed the most popular child in the world today. He was born in Los Angeles, California, October 26. 1914. Both his father and mother were on the stage, and at one time Jackie appeared in an Annette Kellerman act. It was while in this performance that Chaplin discovered him. He has light hair and brown eyes.
