cDouglas Fairbanks, J r Douglas Fairbanks, Jr., son of the noted "Doug," was born on December 9, iqio. Young Douglas is manly and remarkably athletic. For the past year he has been studying French, painting and sculpture, and, besides showing proficiency in the graphic arts, he is said to have proven remarkable dramatic talent. It was he who was the first to suggest that he follow his father's profession, having had the idea of acting in motion pictures from almost his earliest days. "Stephen Steps Out" was his first starring pre duction. He has blue eyes and light hair.
