Co., New York, maker of the Vicsonia reproducer for playing Edison records on machines of the lateral-cut type, reports that a substantial demand for its products from not only the various sections of the United States, but also from foreign countries. Largely as a result of persistent advertising in The Talking Machine World the Vicsonia Co. has received inquiries from many foreign countries as far away as Japan, and onlj' recently received a trial order from South Africa. At the present time the Vicsonia Co. is carrying on a campaign of advertising in several of the New York papers, including the Sunday World and the New York Globe, with results that are distinctlj' satisfactory. Through its New England jobbers the Phonograph Supply Co., Boston, the Vicsonia Co. reports a steadily growing volume of orders from that section of the country, and particularly through Massachusetts.
