Text recognition is never 100% accurate. Many parts of the scanned page may not be reflected in the OCR text output, including: images, page layout, certain fonts or handwriting.

When a customer comes into your store and wants three of four records that you don't have in stock and wants them in a hurry, of course, you, too, want them in a hurry. It is only natural that you should desire to keep the regular trade of your patron.
