Adornan el platón curiosas lámparas semejando tambores de guerra que armonizan con el precioso entallado de las vigas y los motivos indios. El foyer, o primera estancia, uno de cuyos 'extremos reproducimos a la izquierda, refleja en todos sus detalles la decidida influencia del arte de los indios norteamericanos. Las vigas transversales del plafón son talladas a mano y las adornan símbolos indios terminados en colores brillantes.
