BA of THE DAi THE LORE The Great French Picture which ‘has astounde an READ “THE TIMES” ‘The Three Masks,’’ a French film, which was shown privately last week, is an unusually interesting production. It is distributed i in this country by General Kinema Films, Limited, and a leading part in it is taken by Henry Krauss, whose work in the film version of ‘Les Misérables ’’ will be remembered by many people. It is not avowedly a ‘‘ super film, for it contains no elaborate ‘‘ built up’’ scenes, and little money can have been spent on the costumes of the artistes, but, nevertheless, it is far more worthy to be called by that name than nine-tenths of the productions which are at present dignified with it.
