A Dallmeyer Film at the Fair.
“We learn from Messrs. J. H. Dallmeyer, Ltd., of Carlton. House, 11d, Regent Street, Piccadilly, S.W.1, whose works are situated at Willesden, N.W.10, thaf they are projecting a kinematograph film showing the actual manpfacture of. a. Dallmeyer Lens on their stand in the Kinematograph Section at the British Industries Fair, which opened.on Monday last..We are advised that the film can also be-seen -at their showrooms, where a complete projection apparatus is installed.

New Walter West Film. ©
Mr. Walter West has just completed ‘* The: Lady -Owner,’” a racing picture which features Violet Hopson, and will. be handled by Bufcher’s Film Serviée. Mr. West, commences yet another facitig film on March 1 next. A newcomer to films will appear in ‘‘The Lady Owner ”’ in the person of Miss Marjorie’ Benson, who plays the part of 4 stable “ lad.” This.is the first occasion on which she has been given an important part, and, we understand, she has done ‘extremely well.
New Katherine Macdonald Picture Coming.
Amongst. the present releases First National are offering is: a new Katherine Macdonald feature -entitled “:Dhe: Infidel,’* the girl who was acclaimed by Harrison Ford and other-artistes fo be the world’s most beautiful woman. She is seen in an unusual réle, playing the part of a Southsea adventuress, and sets out to ruin the owner of a copra station, but eventually” falls in love with him. Apart from the heart interest of the story some big thrills, including a night sform at sea, 9
terrific battle with savages, in which a stronghold is blown

Toonerville Comedies.
‘On Tuesday and Wednesday, February -26 and 27, Associated First National. Pictures, Ltd., will be offering a ‘new Series, of comedies on the screon of their private theatre at 87, Oxford Street, W.1. These inirth-creating one-reelers deal with the amazing adventures of the Toonerville Trolley, a rival to the general omnibus, meeting most of.the trains entering the “‘.oneeyed,’’ one-house town of Toonerville. Dan Mason, as the conductor of this ark-like véhiclo, is excruciatingly funny, being. aided in his comedy capers by a most excellent cast of fun makers, male and female. Showmen who appreciate the value of-short length comedy pictures are certainly advised to. attend these trade shows. ~ .
