The poll definitely ends at midnight, Jan. 5. No ballots bearing postmarks later than that date will be counted. Winners, to be determined strictly on the basis of poll returns, will be announced on an all-star telecast Monday, Jan. 10. The exciting show will be carried from 9 to 10 P.M. that night over WBKB (Chan- nel O). The stellar telecast, marking TV guide’s 6th Annual Awards Presenta¬ tion, will originate from the Civic Opera Theater. It will be open to the public. Studio seating capacity is lim¬ ited to 800.
