THEATER-Drama Joseph Cotten stars in "High Green Wall," Charles Jackson's adaptation of Evelyn Waugh's "The Man Who Liked Dickens." Cotten plays Henty, a disil¬ lusioned businessman who joins an Ama¬ zon expedition and gets lost in the jungle.
