Tournament of Roses Parade Charles E. Wilson, Secretary of Defense will be the Grand Marshal of the 67th parade. The queen of the parade is Joan Culver, 18, of La. Canada, Cal. Celebrities scheduled to appear are: Dinah Shore, Miss Universe, Miss USA, Hopalong Cassidy, Roy Rogers and Dale Evans, Leo Carrillo, Duncan Renaldo, Guy Madison, Andy Devine, Roberta Linn. Among the 61 floats entered in the parade are those from: Sweden, Mexico, St. Louis, San Antonio, Portland and Lansing, Mich. There are 20 bands in the parade, including the U.S. Air Force Band from Washington, D.C., and the champion high school band from Picayune, Miss.
