Ingen¬ ious Peggy has seen to it that the girls can never complain they “just don’t have a thing to wear.” THE START: one dancer wears the slip^ with the sheer dress for which it was made; the other is clad in the slip alone. THEN: designer Morrison turned slip into ANOTHER CHANGE: this time two novelty a 'strut' costume and a skating outfit. costumes trimmed with ribbons or sequins.
