Medic will film on location next season. Including one show in Ireland (based on "My Left Foot," moving story of a palsied boy) and another in Hawaii (story of leprosy). Both will be run in two parts. WASHINGTON Florence Lowe reports; Hostess-diplomat PERLE MESTA is currently touring the Far East with a camera crew, getting filmed talks with heads of state, GIs, and others for her forthcoming Du Mont weekly TV interview show . . .
