Ny. te We, the undersigned, being all the Directors of the UNITED ARTISTS COHPORATION, do hereby waive any and all notice of a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the said eorporetion, to be held of the 15th day of May, 1928, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon at the office of the Corporation, 729 Seventh Avenue, in the Borcugh of Menhettan > City of New York, for the purpose of authorizing the qual ification of the UNITED ARTISTS CORPORATION to do business in the St@e of Louisiana, and do consent that any other bus iness which may legally come before such meeting may be transacted thereat.
