neg ee ' WE, the undersigned, Inspectors of Election appointed by the stockholders of UNITED ARTISTS CORPORATION ,, at their meeting held this day, do report that, having taken oath “impartially to-eoenduct the election, we id receive the votes of the.stockholders by ballot. We report that 6,000 votes were cast, and that the following persons received the number of votes set opposite their respective names, to wit: For directors Number of votes Dennis F. O'Brien 6,000 Nethan Burkan 6,000 E Albert H.T. Banzhaf 6,000 Harry D. Buckley : 6,000 James A. Mulvey 6,000 Bertram S. Nayfack ‘ 6,000 Joseph M, Schenck 6,000 Lloyd Wright 6,000 and having received a plurality of the votes cast, were declared by us duly elected directors of said corporation for the ensuing year. That the result of the vote taken at such meeting for the election of inspectors of said corporation was as follows: Mary W. Rusk 6,000 votes Sumner W,Taylor 6,000 votes That seid Mary W. Rusk and Sumner W, Taylor having received the majority of all the votes cast for inspectors,of election, were duly declared by us elected as such.
