RESOLVED, that the National City Bank of New York be and the seme hereby is designated as depositery of the”~funds of this corporation, and that such accounts may be opened in said Bank as may be deemed proper by the Treasurer of this corperation, and that withdrawals from such accounts may be made only upon instrument for the withdrawal of money signed by such officer or officers of this sorporation as are duly authorized to sign checks, drafts and negotiable instruments and orders for withdrawal of money under and pursuant to the by-laws of this corporation; and it was further RESOLVED, that the Secretary of this corporation be duly authorized to furnish to said National City Bank of New York @ copy of these resolutions together with @ copy of the by-laws relating to the signatures ‘or the uithdrawal of funds from bank accounts of this corporation together with the duly authenticated Signatures of the officers of the corporation authorized to sign such instrument.
