M2ETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF UNITED ARTISTS CORPORATION, HELD at the office of the Preeidest of the Corporation, #729 Seventh Avenue, Borough of Manhattan, City of New York, on the 11th day of September, 1931, at 10.30 A.M. Pursuant +o proper notices sent to each of the directors of this corporation, a regular meeting of the Board of Directors was held as above stated. The following directors were present: Dennis F. O'3rien, Nathan Burkan, Albert H.T. Banzhaf, — Harry D. Buckley, James A. Mulvey Mr. Al. Lichtman, General Manager and Vice President of the corporation was also in attendance. In the absence of Mr. Joseph é. ‘3chenek, President of the corporation, Mr. Dennis F. O'Brien, Vice srectaent, presided. Z-. albert H.T. Banzhaf acted as Secretary. A motion was made by Mr. Burkan, and seconded by Mr. _Buokley, that pursuant to the by-laws the number of Vice Pres __ idents be increased from four to five. This motion was unanimously carried. A motion was made by Mr. Burkan, and seconded by Mr. Buckley, that Mr. Joseph H. Moskowits be nominated for the office of Vice President of the corporation. No further nominations were offered and Mr. Moekowitg was unanimously elected to the office. Mr. Moskowitg then attended the seeting and was Feber the vabeen.! ‘thereof.
