Corporation, No. 100 West Tenth Street, Wilmington, Deleware, om the 17th day of April, 1955 at 3:50 o'clock in the afternoon, im accordence with the by-laws of the Corporation. There were present the following directers, duly elected at the annual meetine of the stockholders of the Corporation held on April 17, 1935: 5 constituting e majority of the Board. There was also * present arthur W. Kelly, Treasurer and Vice President of the Corporation. The meeting was duly organized by the selection of Dennis F. O'Brien as Chairman, and Harry D. Buckley as Secretary. — Mr. O'Brien stated thet the stockholders of the Corporation had not elected officers for the ensuing year but hed left the appointment of such officers to the Boerd of Directors. r. By viva voce Vote, the following persons were unanimously eppointed and elected to the offices set opposite their names for the ensuing year:
