Th@re were present the following directors: being a quorum of the directors. There were also in ettendance Mr. arthur W. Kelly, Vice President and Treasurer, and Mr. William FP. Philips. Mr. Neyfeck acted as Secretary of the meeting. The minutes of the reguler meeting of the Board of Directors of United Artists Corporation held off June 6, 1955 were read and duly approved. r Mr. Kelly reported that all the loans meade by United Artists Corporation to Walt Disney Productions, Ltd. by United Artists Corporation had been fully paid es of Jume 27, 1955.
