D. Buckley, Vice President, and M. W. Rusk, Assistent Treasurer, in executing the eforeseid continuing gueranty with the Nationel City Bank of New York, dated July 5, 1933, for the account of U. A. South Americen Corp., Calle Cordoba, 1249, Buenos Aires, Argentine, and thet the Secretary or Assistent Secretary of the corporation be directed to certify e copy of this resolution to the National City Bank of New York.
