Silverstone informed the meeting that ' the Crescent Theatre Company, a British Corporation, being a wholly owned subsidiary ef the United Artists Theatre Circuit, Inc., had taken in its name a 25% interest in the equity of the so-called Entertainments Group of Theatres, le ated in England, such group consisting of approximately forty theatres. p *
He also stated that the Crescent lheatre Compeny | had also taken in its name a 50% interest in the equity of the Deutsch Gireuit, located in imgland, such circuit consisting of approximately one hundred theatres. He said that kr. Joseph Schenck, on behalf of the Crescent Theatre Company had offered him for his services in connection with the acquiring ‘ of such 50% interest in the Deutsch Circuit, 10% of such equity so acquired by the Crescent Theatre Company, which would be
