Mr. Lichtman stated that the balance of the obligation of British & Dominions Company to this company was to deliver nineteen pictures. He stated that there would be no objection on the part of, this Sonpany to release Wilcox and to consent to some of the other changes requested by british « Vominions Company, but that under no circumstances would this company consent to release British & Dominions from its obligation to deliver the two completed productions. Mr. Lichtaan recommended, as a condition to any modification of the’present contract, that British « Lominions furnish to this company for British quota purposes, five pictures a year for three years, each picture costing e minimum of b20, 000 and containing certain specified stars. 2 Mr. Lichtman isifornes the meeting that Mr, Norton was about to return to Sngland and suggested that the consummation of negotietions-of the proposed modification of the British « Dominions contract be left to kr.Silverstone. after some @iseussion this recommendation was adopted. 3. mr. sichtman informed the meeting that he had had some discussions with Hal Horne, concerning mr. Horne's outside activities, and in view of the “attitude of our stockholders, it was recommended that mr. Horne be requested to resign. 4.
