The regular meeting of the Executive Committee of the United artists Corporation was held on the 2lst day of February, 1936, at 1 P.M. in the afternoon, at the offices of the corporation, to wit, 729 Seventh avenue, New York City, ursuant to regularly called meeting. There were present: โ€˜ NATHAN BURKAN โ€” JALES MULVEY GUY CaRY EDWARD C. RAFTERY @ll members of the Executive Comuittee. There were also present: DENNIS F. O'BRIEN (General Counsel of the Corporation) EMANUEL SILVERSTONE (representing Alexander Korda} ARTHUR. KELLY (Vice-President of the corporation) HARRY D. BUCKLEY (Vice-President of the corporation) and for part of the meeting: HARRY MULLER (Asst secretary and Treasurer of the corporation). ยป : โ€ Mr. Raftery acted as foecretary of the meeting and }ir. Burkan acted as Cheiman. \& le Mr. Raftery asked for authority of the Committee to pay the bill of George Borthwick, Special Legal account in the sum of $67e95 for United artists ca poration share of the bill of Hodges, wilson & Vidal, This is the cese of General Theatres, inc. vs. Letro. etc. which arose during the existence of the code and which has been discontinued,
