(b) "agreement dated December 16,1955, between the parties nawed above whereby Vlause Second of the so-called ~~ Principal Yistribution agreewent of august 9,1935, is amended to provide for a Special Gusrantor who is not resident in Hungary (iir,Ignatio Farkas) in place of the former Special Guarantor who is resident in Hungery (wr.alfred Havas) and who eventually decided that he could not act in that capacity owing to the stringent currency regulstions et present in face in that country.
