After some discussion of the matter, a motion was made by Mr. Cohen, seconded by Mr. Benjamin, that the foregoing recommendation of the Executive Committee be approved, and that Mr. Silverstone be authorized to make his arrangements for distribution as therein recommended.
All present voted in favor of the motion.
At this point, Miss Mary Pickford entered the meeting room and was greeted by those present. She stated that she expects to leave in a pen days for a trinr abroad and that she was anxiouf to attend the meeting of Stockholders, if only for a few moments, in order to give her assurance of
