MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE STOCKHOLDERS OF UNITED ARTISTS CORPORATION. The stockholders of United Artists Corporation met in special session on Monday, March 22nd, 1937, at the hour of 2:30 o'clock P. M., at 1041 North Formosa Avenue, Hollywood, California. Upon roll call it was ascertained that all stockholders were represented in person or by proxy, as follows: Charles Chaplin; : Samuel Goldwyn, by D. E. Rose, proxy; Alexander Korda, by George Cohen, proxy; The Pickford Corporation, by N. A. McKay, proxy; The Elton Corporation, by Douglas Fairbanks, proxy. ——____—Sere-wore also present the President, Dr. Giannini, Mr. George J. Schaefer, Mr. Maurice Benjamin, Mr. Thomas L. Walker, Mr. Leo F. Samuels, and the Secretagy of the corporation, Mr. Loyd Wright. : The Secretary presented the call, which was found regular and waioh was ordered filed in the mimute book next succeeding these minutes. Whereupon the President announced that all stockholders being present in person or by proxy and the call being reguler, the meeting was competent to proceed. The minutes of the stockholders meeting of March lith, 1937, were read and approved as read.
