; MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF UNITED ARTISTS CORPORATION. The Board of Directors of United Artists Corporation met in special session on Tuesday, April 20th, 1937, at the hour of 4:00 otclock P. M., at 202 North Canon Drive, Beverly Hills, California. The Chairman assumed the chair; and upon'roll cali it was ascertained that the following Directors were present: 7 Dr. A. H. Giannini, Charles Chaplin, Douglas Fairbanks, and, D. E, Rose. There were also present Messrs. N. A. McKay, George Cohen, Thomas Walker, L@ F. Samuels, Clarence Ericksen and Loyd Wrif@®, Secretary of the corporation. -— The Secretary presented the call, whereupon the Chairmen announced that a quorum being present, the call being regular, the meeting was competent to proceed.
