the Board that he had been approached by a representative of an executive of one of the large producing, distributing and exhibiting companies to see if the stockholders and owners of this corporation would be interested in a sale, merger or some other arrangement. He also announced that Mr. Schaefer had presented to him certain information that a group of financiers in New York had indicated an interest in refinancing this corporation. No definite action was taken on any of said matters, but it was the express consensus of opinion of all present that the Chairman should listen to any proposal made and report baek to the stockholders or the Board of Directors.
