There were present the following: ane Charles Schwartz | James A. Mulvey Fmannel Silverstone Dennis F. O*3rien Paul D, OBrien, constituting. the entire Board of Directors. There were also present: M. Silverstone, Gengral Monager Hs J. Muller, Treasurer, Edwerd C. Raftery,Secretsry. Mr. Jemes Roosevelt, Vice President \of Samuel Goldwyn, Inc. wes also present. . Mr. Dennis F. O*Brien acted as Chairman of the meeting, and Mr. Edward C. Reftery acted as Secretary thereof. 1. SPANISH PICTURE: The General Manager reported that negotiations had been going on with Fortunio Bona Nova whereby he would produce a picture in Hollywood, in the Spanish lenguaze, for Gistribution through the Cor,oration in Spanishspeaking, Latin and other foreign territories, the terms of distribution being no less favorable to the Cormoration than accorded to its stockholder-producers. The General Manager hed consulted certain of the Directors who had given their approval thereto. The action of the General Manager was unanimously ratified. ' 2.
