PAYMENTS To SAYS ORGANIZATION: Mr. Muller reported the following payments were meae to the Hays Organization at the recuest of the company’s attorneys. Ratification of these payments ~ was requested: "Thornburg v. Peramount et al. Balance of legal services and disbursemerts $408.74 Indianapolis Amusement Co. —.. v. Metro, et al. Disbursenents 51.47 Gary Theatre Co. v. Columbia, . et al. Disbursements 28.07 Colonial Thestre Enterprises v. rative Theatres of Michigan et al. Legel services — *15.21 Boston Anti-Trust Cases Disbursements 172.50 U.S. v. Interestate, et al. Disbursements 269.59. : U>on motion duly made, seconded and unenimously carried, t was RESOLVED, that the action of Mr. Muller in having meade the above peyments is hereby unan‘tmousiy retiried. Lz. RESUEST FROM SAMIEL_ SOLDWM Inc. FOR-ACCELEPATION OF ‘ PAYMENTS: er reported thet the errengements for e acceleration of peyments on Goldwyn pictutes expires December 3l, 1958. At the réquest of Mr. Mulvey he cenvassed each Director for approval to a continuance of this arrangement until the next meeting of the Boerd of Directors.
