SELZNICK INTERNATIONAL PICTURFS, INC: The General Manager reported that negotiations hed been concluded with Selznick Internetional Pictures, Inc., wherein and whergby the corporation was to enter into an extension of the suitagiel distribution agreement with this compeny for e minimum of three (3) ena @ meximum of eight (8) additionel pictures, excluding “GONE WITH THE WIND", which had been previously committed by the Selznick International Pictures, Inc. ‘to another distributor; thet the terms wére the reguier stockholder-producers* terms with the producer sharing ihd’r the Silverstone Plan in the so-called Producers’ Mund. That in addition nesotiations had been consummated with Selznick Internetional Pictures, Inc., wherein and whereby the corpereation agreed to advance to Selznick Internationel Pictures, Inc. the sum of $150 ,000-"per picture commencing with the second picture to be delivered under the extension agreement, end as colleterel security for said edvance the corporation would receive an assignment of the Producer's interest in the picture, subject, only to the Benk of America’s prior lien of 60% of the estimated residual value of the pictures in question. That the égreements had been prepered and approved by Selznick's counsel on the coast and forwarded to Mr. Wherton, New York Couns@l for Selznick International Pictures, Inc. After discussion the following resolution was moved and seconded:
