That the photoplay to be delivered between the period September 1, 1935 and September 1, 1940, shall be one directed by Ernst Lubtisch oroviding he shall be aveiiable for such direction in time to enable me to complete and deliver such photopley during such period felling which availability such photoplay shail be delivered by-me during, the next year to-wit: between September 1, 1940 and September 1, 1941, and in such case such photoplay shall be apolied against the minimum of one and the maximum of three photoplays deliverable during such latter period. In case I shail not produce such Lubitsch photoplay because of event beyond my control, then T shall have the rischt to deliver enother photopley in its place, subject to the approval prowsions contained in subdivision (e} hereof. That with respect to any of the photoplays herein embraced, if the same shall not be directed by Ernst Lubditsch, I shali be required to submit to you for approvel either story, director or principal player, to have the ootion with respect to each such. photoplay, whether such pf eet bn shell be exercised as to the story or the director or the principe! pleyer.
