Muller Treasurer James Mulvey of Samuel Goldwyn, Inc. Edward C. Raftery Secretary Mr. Dennis O’Brien acted es Chairman of the r~eting end Mr. Edward Raftery acted as Secretary thereof. 1. Several suggestions were presented to the meeting for amending the minutes of the previous meeting, which had beén circulated among the Directors, and it was the consensus of the meeting that the minutes be tabled until the next meeting. 2.
