The Treasurer reported that the company had received a Chattel Mortgage, Assignment and Pledge Agreement, Credit and Amending Agreement dated April 7, 1939 by and between Edward Small Productions, Inc.and General.Service Studios, Inc. covering advances to be made on the three Small pictures following "THE MAN IN THE IRON MASK." Upon approval by counsel, Distributor’s Acceptance ‘was signed. a 13. Payment of the following expenses was approved: Expenses of Edward C. Reftery to and from California; expenses of Charles Schwartz to and from California. 14. Odeon The Treasurer reported the receipt of a letter from London advising comp that they have received all shares directly owned by United Artists Corporation, Limited in Odeon Cinema Holdings and Odeon Theatres, Ltd. and company received directly from the Guaranty Trust Company a certification of all United Artists Corporation, Ltd.'s shares in these two companies which are held for account of United Artists Corporation, Ltd. All sheres are registered in _the name of United “rtists Corporation, Ltd. except 2,000 8% Cumulative «reference Shares in Odeon Theatres, Ltd.,whieh were used for gualifying directors, and with respect to these shares Transfer Deeds in favor of United Artists Corporation, Ltd. are attached to the certificates. 15. Hays 0 ization The Treasurer recuested eapprovel of the Peixaoten payments to be made to the Hays Organization, and approval was unanimously given: Indianapolis Amusement Co. v. Metro fees and disbursements $34,387.69 Our Share $1,305.3 Gorham v.
