After recommendation by counsel, it was moved, seconded and unanimously adopted, RESOLVED, that the General Manager be and he hereby is authorized to settle the cleims of HOWARD HUGHES, CADDO COMPANY, INC. and HUGHES TOOL COMPANY for the sum of #75,000., peyable $15,000. upon the execution of the sgreement of settlement, $15,000. six months thereafter, 15, 000. twelve months thereafter, $15, "000. efchteen months thereafter and the balance of fifteen thousand at the end of = yeers. _~
