You will recall that I suggested a correction of Item #25 in the mimutes of the prior ee which reads that Mr. Schwartz Stated that he wished it placed on the record that on behalf of Mr. Chaplin he strenuously and vigorously opposed payment of the Producers’ Fund for any period prior to January 1, 1939. When Mr. Schwartz made that statement, I reminded him that he had voted in favor of the Selznick contract which provided for the Producers' Fund commencing January 1, 1958, and Mr. Schwartz replied that if he had voted favorably on that point, he did not remember it. I would like my comment to be made part of the minutes of that meeting and when at the rseti of October 23 the matter of the minutes of the prior meeting was brought up, I suggested this change and it was agreed that it should be made. Item #13 relates to the Paramount-Odeon deal. The suggestion was made by Mr. Schwartz that the ceble sent by Mr. Silverstone, as recited in the minutes, Should be sent to Archibald with instructions that it should be read to each member of the Board of the Odeon Cinema Holdings “td..I think these instructions should be contained in the minutes.
