The Generel Manager reported thet Mr. Guedalla had agreed to act for the Corporation in connection with the English tax situation, and that he had received full instructions to secure, if possible, from the Government @ new arrangement regurdine the transmittal of 1244 commission, 8% tax free, to the Deleware company; that if he could not secure such an arrangement, he should secure the best arrangement possible and submit it to the Board for its further consigeration. 16.
