Upon motion duly made, semnded ad@»unenimously adopted, it was } RESOLVED, thet the Vice-Presicent and Secretary file with the Secretary of State of the State of Colorado certificate of renewal, signed by a Vice-President and attested by the Secretary under the corporate seal of the Coporation. 13. The Treasurer further reported that the English subsidiary had cabled that there was no cash available at the present time for the declaration of a dividend. 15. The Generel Manager reported thet Mr. Guedalla had agreed to act for the Corporation in connection with the English tax situation, and that he had received full instructions to secure, if possible, from the Government @ new arrangement regurdine the transmittal of 1244 commission, 8% tax free, to the Deleware company; that if he could not secure such an arrangement, he should secure the best arrangement possible and submit it to the Board for its further consigeration. 16.
