It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried as follows: RESOLVED, that this corporation recognize the request of Mr. Selznick that the $7500.00 heretofore agreed to be spent in a booklet announchis entrance into the company as a stocker-owner. be changed, and that said sum be allocated to advertising photoplays produced by the Selznick Company and released by United tall Artists Corporation, the allocation of said sum to be subject to the direction of David 0. Selznick ductions, Inc. Mr. Selznick did not vote upon the above resolu tion. Be it further, RESOLVED, that the officers of this corporation be, and they are authorized, instructed and directei to to an amendatory agreement with David Of Selznick Productions, Inc., giving effect to the foregoing change. = s There being no further business veel the Board, the Chairman announced thet the annual stockholders meeting would convene.
