Since Mr. Rabinovitch has not yet started production on this picture it is | obvious that he cannot deliver. Mr. Mills moved that inasmuch as Mr. Rabinovitch will not nave fulfilled his contract by May 1, 1945, United Artists Corporation should terminate the contract. Mr. Agnew seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously. MOERICAN I JSTRIAL CORPORATION (Ben Bogoaus) Mr. Bogeaus has delivered two pictures and has one more to deliver. WARWICK PIOPURES, INC. Of the second series of twelve World In Action shorts, nine have thus far deen delivered. ‘These shorts are made by the Canadian Goverment. “ur. SPELLBOUND is completed tut undelivered. DUEL IN THE SUM has started shooting.
